PC&E Commission March Meeting

The next Pollution Control & Ecology Meeting is scheduled for Friday, March 28
 The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (APC&E) at their February 28th meeting directed the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) to establish a task force that would study the possibility of a ban on new Confined Feeding Operations in the Buffalo River Watershed. The proposed plan for this special task force  devised by the ADEQ  will be presented to the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (APC&E) on March 28th , 9 a.m... in Little Rock in the ADEQ conference room, Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock AR 72118.

Attend this meeting and or make public comments
Public Comments will be welcome at this meeting and can also be sent to the ADEQ and the APC&E : APCE- goffpatti@adeq.ar.us and  MOULTON@adeq.state.ar.us and ADEQ- marks@adeq.state.ar.us
At the meeting on March 28th, arrive early and fill out a comment card with your name and address.
 
 All full Commission meetings are scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality’s Commission Room, located at 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72118-5317 (map). If a Commission Regulations Committee meeting is scheduled on the same day as a full Commission meeting, the committee meeting normally begins at 8:30 a.m.The meeting dates are tentative and subject to change. Interested persons should check with the Commission Secretary at (501) 682-7890, or on the News Releases page of the ADEQ web site for additional information prior to each scheduled meeting.
