February APC&E Commission Meeting [VIRTUAL]

The PC&EC meeting scheduled for Friday,  February 25, 2022, will be held via Zoom video conferencing starting at 9 a.m. The February PC&EC meeting agenda includes a request from the Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ) for a favorable vote initiating a rulemaking docket for Rule 27, and a request for a Commission vote on two Recommended Decisions – In the Matter of Northwest Arkansas Conservation Authority, Docket No. 22-001-P and In the Matter of Springdale Water and Sewer, Docket No. 22-002-P.   The PC&EC February 2022 agenda, including links to various documents associated with the agenda items, will be made available online at: https://www.adeq.state.ar.us/commission/agenda.aspx for the public to view in advance of the meeting.

Due to the February meeting being conducted via Zoom, individuals wanting to make a public comment must email their comments prior to the meeting tocomment@adeq.state.ar.us.  Public comments received before 5 p.m. on Thursday, February 24, 2022, will be provided to PC&EC prior to its Friday, February 25, 2022, meeting.
