June APC&E Commission Meeting

 During this critical time, the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment (E&E) and the Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (Commission) are taking precautions to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Accordingly, the Commission’s June, 2020, meeting will be held via Zoom video on Friday, June 26^th, starting at 10:00 a.m.  The June agenda includes a report from the Director of DEQ and a request from DEQ that the Commission vote to initiate rulemaking for Rule 2.  The agenda, including links to various documents associated with the agenda items, will be made available online at: https://www.adeq.state.ar.us/commission/agenda.aspx for the public to view in advance of the meeting.  Because this meeting is being conducted via video conference persons wishing to make a public comment must email their comments prior to the meeting to comment@adeq.state.ar.us. Public comments received before 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2020, will be provided to the Commission prior to the meeting on Friday, June 26, 2020.
