Legislative Review of Moratorium (Step 3)

The Arkansas Legislative Council (ALC)  will meet on Friday June 19, at 9 am in Room A of the Big Mac Building.   The agenda has not yet been posted but will include discussions of proposed revisions to Regulations 5 and 6, most notably the permanent moratorium which would prohibit any future permits for swine CAFOs in the Buffalo River watershed.
