Legislative Review of Moratorium (Step 2)

The Administrative Rules Committees will meet on Wednesday, June 17, at 9 am in Room A of the Big Mac Building.   The agenda includes discussions of proposed revisions to Regulations 5 and 6, most notably the permanent moratorium which would prohibit any future permits for swine CAFOs in the Buffalo River watershed.
