Legislative Review of Moratorium

The Joint Interim Public Health, Welfare, and Labor Committees will meet on Monday, June 8, at 10 am in Room A of the Big Mac Building. The agenda  includes items deferred from the May 4 committee meeting. These include discussions of proposed revisions to Regulations 5 and 6, most notably the permanent moratorium which would prohibit any future permits for swine CAFOs in the Buffalo River watershed.
