Deadline for written comments on moratorium

The public comment period for modifications to Regulation 5 and Regulation 6, including a permanent moratorium on permitting of swine CAFOs in the Buffalo River watershed, began on August 23rd and closes at 4 pm on Monday, September 23rd.
