July APC&E Commission Meeting

 The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (APC&EC) will meet at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, July 26, 2019, in the Commission Room at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) headquarters, 5301 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock.

 Agenda items include discussion of the rule makings initiated to revise Regulations 5 and 6 to include a permanent moratorium on medium and large swine CAFOs in the Buffalo River watershed.
