The Ozark Studies Association welcomes all to an exploration of the many histories of what is now known as the Buffalo National River.

Featuring nine scholars of the Ozarks region and a keynote address by Dr. Brooks Blevins, this day-long event will explore the history of the river from early human usage through modern discussions of its fate.

Coffee and snacks provided.
Attendees are encouraged to explore downtown Springdale for lunch.
