May APC&EC Meeting Scheduled

NORTH LITTLE ROCK—The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (APC&EC) will meet at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2019, in the Commission Room at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) headquarters, 5301 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock.

Agenda items include a report from the Director of ADEQ, a public comment period, a request from ADEQ to adopt a minute order adding a new member to the Wastewater Licensing Committee, recommendations for state government transformation regulation changes, and nominations for APC&EC Vice Chair.
