February APC&EC Meeting Scheduled

NORTH LITTLE ROCK—The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (APC&EC) will meet at 9:00 a.m. on February 22, 2019, in the Commission Room at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) headquarters, 5301 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock.

Agenda items include a report from the Director of ADEQ, a public comment period, and oral argument on a recommended decision in the administrative appeal of Arkansas Haze Sip, Docket No. 18-002-MISC.
