October APC&E Commission Meeting

October APC&EC Meeting Scheduled

NORTH LITTLE ROCK—The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (APC&EC) will meet at 9:00 a.m. on October 26, 2018, in the Commission Room at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Headquarters at 5301 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock.

Agenda items include a request to vote to adopt amendments to Regulation No. 1 regarding Regulation for the Prevention of Pollution by Salt Water and Other Oil Field Wastes Produced by Wells in All Fields or Pools from ADEQ’s Associate Director of the Office of Water Quality Caleb Osborne, and a request to vote to adopt amendments to Regulation No. 2 regarding Establishing Water Quality Standards for Surface Waters in the State of Arkansas from Charles Nestrud, as well as other matters.
