August APC&E Commission Meeting

 The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (APC&EC) will meet at 9:00 a.m. on August 24, 2018, in the Commission Room at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Headquarters  at 5301 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock.

 The agenda can be found here and will include Oral Arguments from attorneys participating in the current C&H permit appeal, including BRWA, Ozark Society, ADEQ and C&H. The subject will be the Recommended Decision of Judge Moulton to open another 30-day comment period on the denial of the C&H Reg 5 permit.
