July APC&E Commission Meeting

 The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (APC&EC) will meet at 9:00 a.m. on July 27, 2018, in the Commission Room at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Headquarters  at 5301 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock.

Item 6 of the agenda in includes Oral Arguments from BRWA attorney as well as C&H, ADEQ and Ozark Society attorneys regarding C&H's coverage under the Regulation 6 NPDES permitting program. This is a separate matter from the C&H appeal of its Regulation 5 permit denial, which will be addressed at the August 24 Commission meeting.
