The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission will meet January 27, 2017 at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Headquarters Commission Room, 5301 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Director Becky Keogh will present an agency report on matters concerning ADEQ programs, as well as division permit reports.
The Commission will consider motions regarding four separate Third-Party Rulemakings involving, River Valley Regional Water District, City of Harrison and the City of Yellville, City of Fayetteville Paul K. Noland Wastewater Treatment Plant, and Southwestern Electric Power Company.
