EC Farms Appeals Hearing on Motions

The 3 Buffalo River Grandmothers invite supporters to a hearing at ADEQ Headquarters in North Little Rock on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 @ 9:30 AM. 

The hearing before the Administrative Law Judge will consist of argument on legal issues by the attorneys in the appeal of permit WR-3540-7, EC Farms by Carol Bitting, Lin Wellford and Dr. Nancy Haller. The 3 Grandmothers have requested a Motion of Summary Judgement and Ellis Campbell and ADEQ have requested a Motion for Dismissal. No testimony will be given.
