APC&E Commission Meeting IMPORTANT

The Friday, August 28, 2015 meeting of the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission will be held in the Commission room at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality. The Commission meeting will begin at 9:00 am.

IMPORTANT: This meeting may include discussion and a vote on implementing the 3rd Party Rulemaking to impose a 5-year moratorium on any swine CAFO permits in the Buffalo River watershed.
