Public Comment Period on Pond Liners and Methane Flare

A public comment period has been announced by ADEQ in response to the modification request by C&H Hog Farms to install synthetic liners in both waste ponds and a cover and methane flare on Pond 1. Written comments will be accepted until 4:30 pm on August 7, 2015. BRWA has requested a public hearing and when  response is received it will be posted here. Read the public notice here.
