The Buffalo River Watershed Alliance and the Ozark River Stewards invite you to join them for an informative presentation that will cover recent developments in the joint, multi-pronged efforts to protect and preserve our country's first National River.

♦Speakers will bring the public up to date on the scientific, legal and legislative aspects of these efforts: Van Brahana, UA Emeritus Professor, Geosciences Chuck Bitting, National Park Service Victor Roland, USGS/ UADane Schumacher, Buffalo River Watershed AllianceAnna Weeks, Environmental Policy Associate, Arkansas Public Policy Panel.

 

Representatives of the Buffalo River Watershed Alliance, the Ozark River Stewards, Ozark Society, Arkansas Canoe Club and the National Park Conservation Association will be on hand.
A robust turnout will help demonstrate that this issue is NOT going away.
