The next Pollution Control & Ecology Meeting is scheduled for Friday, March 28
The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission (APC&E) at their February 28
meeting directed the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) to establish a task force that would study the possibility of a ban on new Confined Feeding Operations in the Buffalo River Watershed.
The proposed plan for this special task force devised by the ADEQ will be presented to the
Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission
