APC&E Commission Meeting - BCRET Presentation Scheduled

The Friday, June 24, 2016 meeting of the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission will be held in the Commission room at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality. BRWA will hold a press conference immediately following this meeting. Read the advisory here

                                   PC&E COMMISSION MEETING SCHEDULED

            The Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission will meet June 24, 2016, at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) Headquarters Building Commission Room, 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, beginning at 9 a.m.

            Dr. Andrew N. Sharpley will present a report to the commissioners from the Big Creek Research Team (BCRT).  In addition to Dr. Sharpley’s report, the commission will hear monthly reports from ADEQ concerning various programs and issues.

            The Nominations Committee will meet before the commission meeting to discuss nominations for chair and vice chair.  The committee will be reporting at next month’s meeting who will be replacing the chairs for the upcoming year.
