Comment Period on Final EA Extended

The public comment period for the final draft of the Environmental Assessment (EA), resulting in a Finding Of No Significant Impact (FONSI) was opened on December 16, 2015 and was originally scheduled to close on Monday, January 18, 2016 but per request by Earthjustice an extension until Friday,January 29, 2016  was approved.
