APC&E Commission Meeting

The Friday, December 5, 2014 meeting of the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission will be held in the Commission room at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality.

The Regulations Committee will meet at 8:30 a.m. The Commission meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. or immediately following the Committee meeting.  

Note that this meeting is concurrent with the legislative Committee meeting to consider the ban on future swine CAFOs in the Buffalo River watershed.
